Coopers Lane – Grove Park SE12

This modernist-inspired new build in Lewisham was guided from conception to sale by architectural designer and project manager JP Fraser.

The project showcases the latest in sustainable materials with its use of Durisol bricks, which combine recycled wood chip, sustainably sourced minerals and cement to create an insulating structure with excellent air tightness. The low environmental impact of the materials and their exceptional insulating properties create a building with outstanding green credentials and comfort.

The use of unusual materials combined with the design’s sleek style required a high level of technical skill and an eagerness to explore new ground on the part of the designer. The final result is an eye-catching and sophisticated structure as modern in its appearance as in its use of technology.
