Keslake Road – Queens Park NW6

This corner house was converted from two flats and was fully refurbished, with the creation of a room in the loft. The house is situated on a prominent position in a conservation area, consequently planning requirements were onerous. The ground floor kitchen/family room extension drops to a lower level in order to satisfy planners’ requirements that the extension should not be visible from the street. Part of the main roof also had to be remodelled due to an enforcement order from the local council against work carried out by a previous developer.
